Glad you're here.
Can chili really make my life better?
The internet is filled with self help gurus claiming to hold life changing secrets. I am not one them. However, if you follow these simple steps, you will have created the world's greatest chili and believe it or not, it will change your life.

diy kit
Ingredients2 tbls flour
1 tbls garlic powder
1 tbls onion powder
1 tbls brown sugar
1/2 tbls salt
1/2 tbls chili powder
1/2 tbls cayenne
1/2 tbls cumin

(yes, you've been overpaying for an inferior version at the store).
Grilled Chicken
2 lbs chicken THIGHS, skinless
Add your favorite dry rub.
(If your favorite isn't Trader Joe's Coffee/Garlic bbq, get a new favorite)
Pour yourself a club soda and get grillin!

Phase 1
Mince up the chicken with a knife Jason Voorhees would be excited to use. This is minced chicken, not chopped chicken. Your arm should get sore.Do the same with the peppers. The type of peppers you use will determine the chili's kick factor. Experiment with it. If your kids like it, get hotter peppers!Heat some olive oil and minced garlic in a big pot until you hear the sizzle and sweet smell of greatness.Add the chicken and peppers. Stir.Cook for a bit. Let the juices flow.Smile, the hard part is over.
Phase 2
Add a bottle of your favorite beer. If you don't like beer, add a bottle of your friend's favorite beer. Try an IPA or a Red. Something malty.Add two cans of DICED FIRE ROASTED tomatoes.Add two cans of your favorite beans. Don't be lazy and gross, be sure to rinse them! Try pinto, chili, cannellini, black.Add in bottle #2 of beer. Probably will need 3 total.Stir and sprinkle in some of the DIY kit you created.Simmer over low heat for 4-5 hours, sprinkling in the mix periodically.

Good luck &
have fun!
